    Awesome bloom!
The California poppy is actually something else, perhaps an Iceland poppy. Our native poppy is simpler than that. Also, the hibiscus right after it is a clematis. They sort of sound the same.

Gorgeous! Some of my moon flowers ended up being Zinneas😂. My Hollyhocks hot some kind of nasty disease 😥. Because this my first year of planting my new garden I’m hoping next year will be spectacular! No hummingbirds and I have Bee balm too! Will the gardenia plants you gave me come up again next year! Or were they annuals? Are you around next week? We can private message that info. I need my Rita fix 😊

Absolutely beautiful, Rita. The perfect pictures for your sadly appropriate title. Let’s hope that somehow the world gets past all this turmoil and scary pandemic soon. Take care.
